Operating behind an 1849 neo-Classical facade, this French Quarter hotel sports "lovely" common areas, a courtyard and a prime location right near Bourbon and Dauphine streets; even if the "rooms vary in size" and "loud" acoustics are an issue (depending on which area of the hotel you're staying in), most agree it's a "wonderful" choice.

We found a pair of movie tickets by the tv when we arrived which made me question how carefully the room was cleaned.

Easy access from 3 main streets.
Not able to smoke in the room and hotel courtyard closes at 10.

Good staff, clean rooms, close to several areas of interest, quite, but our room quite far from elevator.

The parking bill.

Doesn't provide any parking for guest free of charge or reduced rate, it was over priced not to provide that to guest.
